How to Reserve
When you make your reservation it is necessary to provide a credit card to guarantee the reservation or you can pay a deposit (30% of the total stay) through wire transfer. The concierge will provide an online form to send credit card details online (only Visa or Mastercard accepted) or organize a call to be taken over the phone. Once you have submitted your credit card details (or a copy of the wire transfer receipt, if necessary) you will receive a confirmation with your login credentials to personalize your stay in a reserved area of our website. In this form, you’ll be able to provide us with your preferences and travel details to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The balance of the total stay must be paid upon arrival to the apartment. If you experience any delays during your travel time, please let our concierge know to welcome you.
Rates, in euros, are per night for the entire apartment. Weekly rates refer to at least 7 consecutive nights. Minimum-night stay is 3 nights (6 nights for Christmas, New Year and Easter).

Daily housekeeping services
The Tourist Tax is paid to the City of Rome, and the rate of €3,50 is per person per night (for guests over 10 years old and a maximum of 10 nights). Please note: the Tourist Tax must be paid in cash during check-in. Unfortunately we cannot accept payment for the Tourist Tax by credit card.
Calculate Tourist Tax = €3,50 x Number of guests (over 10 years) x number of nights
Payment and Cancellation Policy
To confirm a reservation with The Costaguti Experience it is necessary to pay a 30% deposit by (1) providing a credit card on the appropriate authorization form (only Visa or Mastercard accepted) or (2) through wire transfer. Once the deposit is taken (or a copy of the wire transfer receipt) we will send a reservation confirmation. The non-refundable 70% balance plus refundable € 1.000 security deposit is required 31 days before arrival by bank transfer or pre-authorization. A list of goods and values/damages will be provided in the apartment and referenced in the necessary circumstances.
Reservations made within 31 days of arrival require full payment to confirm the booking.
Arrivals & Departures
Check-in at the time of arrival generally takes place after 4pm. If necessary, we can arrange an earlier check-in or at least allow access to your apartment to drop off your luggage depending on availability. We kindly ask you to let us know your estimated arrival time a few days before. Check-out must take place before 11am on your day of departure.
Daily cleaning service will take place at a time agreed upon before or during the guest check-in.
If a guest, or third-parties invited by our guests, cause damage to the apartment or any of its contents, the guest will be held responsible for any incurred costs for repair or replacement. The expense will be charged to the guest at departure.
Costaguti Experience Responsibility
Our company accepts no liability for any changes made to the apartment without updating information on the website. Additionally Costaguti Experience assumes no responsibility for any damage to the guest by events related to the use of the apartment, including physical, material, and losses caused by fire, theft, or any other kind of criminal activity.
A refundable security deposit of €1.000 is required at check-in, either by a credit card authorization or in cash, which will be returned at check-out, less the cost of any damage to the apartment or disturbances caused. A list of goods and values/damages will be provided in the apartment and referenced in the necessary circumstances.
